What "spore" means in gardening
A spore refers to a reproductive structure produced by certain plants, such as ferns, mosses, and fungi. Spores are similar to seeds in that they are responsible for producing new plants, but they are much smaller and can be dispersed by wind, water, or animals. Spores are typically single-celled and are capable of surviving harsh environmental conditions until they find a suitable place to grow and develop into a mature plant.
